Arturo M. Rios is a practicing attorney in the city of St. Petersburg, Florida, with a concentration in the area of immigration law. He is a graduate of the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and is a member in good standing of both the Florida Bar and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Bar Association.
He taught the first Immigration Law Course as a former Adjunct Law Professor at Stetson College of Law, St. Petersburg, Florida, and is the founding father and past President of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Central Florida Chapter. Mr. Rios is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Federal Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. In addition, he has lectured extensively on immigration law.
